Very useful introduction

Very useful and easy to understand intro to Stoicism. I feel anyone will benefit from this book, as it is quite universal in it's approach, in my opinion. I will however say that as an audio book, a more soothing tone of voice would be preferable, but that may well be my personal preference. If you can focus on what's being said, and ignore the tone of voice, it is well worth it. Will be moving on to book two.
