That’s what heroes are supposed to do, after all. But unbeknownst to him, an even greater threat than fatherly schemes is lurking on Mars City.

Alexander S. Ryker has always had issues when it comes to women. The problem isn’t the women themselves. He’s the problem. So when Prince Arthur comes to his planet and claims that he can make Gabrielle happier than him, Alex becomes conflicted. He doesn’t want Gabrielle taken away from him. Alex has returned to Mars alongside Gabrielle and Nyx, but there are many problems he must face now that he is back. Jasmine hasn’t been seen at school for the last several days and Kazekiri has been acting withdrawn. Alex has no idea what is happening, but he knows something is wrong, and if he doesn’t want to lose two of the people he has grown to love, then he’ll need to find out what’s going on and how to fix it.
