Timeti, Yann und Auru wollen auf einer unbewohnten Insel picknicken, da taucht Clarissa auf und will mitkommen. Sie fährt mit Auru im Einbaum, Yann und Timeti nehmen Clarissas Jetski. Auru und Clarissa geraten in einen Sturm und stranden auf einer vermeintlich einsamen Insel. Auru findet bald heraus, dass sie eigentlich auf Maotou gelandet sind.

Vor Maotou steigt der Wasserspiegel und es tauchen gigantische Wellen auf. Maevas Restaurant steht schon halb unter Wasser. Yann und Onkel Patrick suchen nach einem wissenschaftlichen Grund.

Delfin Igor taucht überraschend wieder bei der Insel Maotou auf. Auru ist glücklich, dass sein Freund zurück ist, aber auch besorgt, weil Igor wieder einen Peilsender trägt. Kurz darauf stranden Zoom und andere Delfine in einer Bucht Maotous.
