‘S Meditationseckerl bringt eine monatliche Meditation um vom Alltagsstress abzuschalten und das Nervensystem zu rekalibrieren. Die Meditationen sind kurz gehalten um für mehr Menschen zugänglich zu sein. Es werden verschiedene Arten von Meditationen angeboten damit für jeden etwas dabei ist. Die Meditationen und damit verbundene Übungen sind generell für jeden gesunden Menschen geeignet. Alle Übungen sind unverbindliche Empfehlungen.
