Dear Journal - Hi Everyone and Welcome! I have never been good at doing just one thing so this podcast will touch on everything from travel to mental health to sports. With each episode I want to talk about topics from my own personal experience or just thoughts in general. I think life can be pretty hard to navigate sometimes so I wanted to start this podcasts with the hope that it will connect or help out someone who hasn’t got it all figured out either.
