Times are changing at Fairy Tale Reform School. At least that's what Gilly's heard. Rumor is that notorious trickster Rumpelstiltskin has taken over management from Headmistress Flora, and he's locked down the school tighter than the Pied Piper's pants. Not that this news concerns Gilly - she's been released from FTRS and is now suffering through attending Jack of All Trades School, where she gets to learn about different kinds of shoe leather and ways to measure feet (truly riveting stuff!).

All Princess Devin's ever wanted is to be a magical-creature caretaker. Just when she gets up the courage to ask about following her passion, disaster strikes. The evil Rumpelstiltskin and Alva cast a curse that nearly destroys Enchantasia, a new villain is on the rise, and the students of Royal Academy find they now have to share their castle with the delinquents from the notorious Fairy Tale Reform School. Devin feels stuck—how can she think about going her own way when her kingdom clearly needs her now more than ever?

The evil Rumplestiltskin is planning to cast a curse that will erase Enchantasia as the world knows it, and a fairy prophecy declares that Gilly Cobbler will play a key role. Never likely to shy away from adventure, Gilly and her friends embark on an epic swashbuckling journey to stop Stiltskin from getting the ingredients he needs before it's too late. Gilly can't help but wonder if it's already too late for her beloved sister, Anna, who is still a member of the villainous Stiltskin Squad and will seemingly stop at nothing to thwart Gilly and her crew.

Things are not looking great for Princess Devin Nile. In the past 24 hours, she and her four best friends have gotten kicked out of school, banished to the Hollow Woods, and declared outlaws. (That's what happens when you accuse the headmistress of Royal Academy of being in league with the villains.) But Devin's not about to go down without a fight. Step one: find the famous Red Riding Hood and her vigilante friends for backup. Step two: come up with a plan to expose the truth about Headmistress Olivina to all of Enchantasia...or risk their homeland falling under villainous rule.

In the magical fairytale kingdom of Enchantasia, becoming a legendary prince or princess doesn't happen overnight. Enter Royal Academy, the training ground for the fairytale leaders of tomorrow! But reluctant future princess and new student Devin has some reservations about RA, especially when it comes to its headmistress. Olivina seems obsessed with preparing students for possible villain attacks. But when Devin asks when they're going to learn how to actually rule a kingdom, Olivina becomes enraged. Something isn't right with this lady.

So when Maxine finds an old lamp that turns out to house an overly enthusiastic genie, she knows exactly what to do: wish for everyone to be happy! But her wish has some unexpected consequences. Suddenly, ex-villains are singing, trolls and ogres are getting along, and the whole school is more focused on putting on a musical than figuring out how to deal with Rumpelstiltskin.

Gilly and her friends are back at Fairy Tale Reform School - this time for vocational school! But when a new kid, Jack, gets thrown into FTRS for planting magic beans, Gilly realizes that something bad is brewing with the giants. Gilly and her friends know they need a plan to stop them, but delinquent Jack can't help but remind Gilly how good it feels to be bad. And with her sister still on the run with Rumpelstiltskin and seemingly involved with the giants, Gilly's going to have to make some big choices....

Xander Miyamoto would rather do almost anything than listen to his sixth grade teacher, Mr. Stedman, drone on about weather disasters happening around the globe. When spring break begins at last, Xander plans to spend it playing computer games with his best friend, Peyton. Xander's father briefly distracts him with a comic book about some samurai warrior who pops out of a peach pit. Little does either boy know that the comic is a warning that they are about to be thrust into the biggest adventure of their lives.
