2026年施行予定の「青切符制度」を前に、

再び注目されているのが、**自転車は歩道か？車道か？**という問いです。


実はこの「歩道走行」は、

戦後の“交通戦争”と呼ばれた時代に一時的に認められた暫定措置であり、

世界的に見てもかなり“特殊なルール”なのです。
