今回、ズミさんが訪れたのは常葉大学附属菊川高校。
3年の高塚彩夏さんが取り組んでいる「空手道」の活動について伺いました。
高塚さんは、この春に出場した東アジア大会で見事優勝！
全国大会では1回戦敗退という結果ですが、その悔しさをバネに見事な成績を収めました。
収録の中で披露していただいた”気合の一声”に、ズミさんも圧倒されていた様子です。
そして、「助産師になる」という将来の夢のため、空手道を続けるのは高校生まで。悔いなく終えるために、日々練習に取り組んでいます。
