About this listen

Sometimes you've got to ditch the rules, rewrite the playbook and start to DO IT YOUR WAY! That's where I found myself after 10 years working in the corporate world. I was tired of working 8-5pm (really it was more like 7:30am-6:30pm) and having no control over my time. Even if I wrapped up for the day, I was expected to sit at my desk because that is what the leadership team did to set an example for the others.

Over time, the stress of working so much and having two little kids got to me and eventually had me reevaluate what was important in my life. I decided there wasn't a boss in the world that would let me off work to go do all of the things I wanted to do when I wanted to do them so I became an entrepreneur. It's time you started to write your own rules. Want to work from 9-2pm every day? Do it! Give yourself permission to have different seasons in life. Sometimes you are working 12 hour days to launch and build a million dollar business. Other times, it's ok to take a sigh and make family a priority while revenue stays flat. Do what feels right to you!

What if success wasn’t about climbing someone else’s ladder… but building your own?

In this episode of the DO IT MY WAY podcast, we’re redefining what success really means—without the hustle guilt, the comparison trap, or the need for approval. You’ll hear the real talk every female founder needs: how to break the rules, trust your gut, and finally feel like enough, no matter what your revenue says.

Because success isn’t a title. It’s doing life and business on your terms.
