Today Ripley talks with Carsyn. At 18 she’s already moving mountains. Carsyn is from Ripley's hometown in West Virginia and is out to take the world by storm. She’s the state’s Distinguished Young Woman of the Year, soloist in her dance company (run by our shared mentor, Mr. Jerry Rose), and a role model for girls in her community. Her understanding of who she is in this world is an INSPIRATION and something we can all learn from.
