Bear Grylls, whose real name is Edward Michael Grylls, is from Britain and used to be in the SAS, a special forces unit. He is famous as a survival expert, adventurer, and TV host. He first became well-known for going on tough adventures and setting world records in dangerous places. Later, he became famous for his TV show Man vs. Wild (2006–2011). He also hosts other survival shows like Running Wild with Bear Grylls and The Island with Bear Grylls in the UK and US. In 2009, at the age of 35, Grylls became the youngest Chief Scout of the UK and its Overseas Territories. He has been doing this job for two terms since 2015, and in 2024, he became the second longest-serving Chief Scout after Robert Baden-Powell.
