About this listen
Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast! In this episode I share tips on how to teach the VITALITY section of the Baptiste Journey into Power sequence, which follows a power yoga sequence and methodology created by Baron Baptiste. Because there was a question from my yoga teacher trainees about this section I decided to post the answer here in case anyone else may be interested in guidance about teaching Journey into Power, sometimes referred to as JIP.
