About this listen

This 15-minute Yoga Nidra meditation is a guided NSDR (non-sleep deep rest) practice created to help you release what no longer serves you—physical tension, behavioral or thought patterns, and emotional weight.
By gently settling the body and mind, this session supports nervous system reset, stress relief, and mind relaxation. It is especially supportive for busy minds, offering space for mental clarity, inner balance, and renewal.

The intention of letting go is not to push anything away but to allow softness, acceptance, and release to unfold naturally. Over time, and with regular practice, the effects become deeper and more transformative. Just like sleep, Yoga Nidra works best as a rhythm woven into daily life.

This session can be used as a morning meditation to start the day light and clear, or as a stress relief meditation whenever you feel full or overwhelmed. The guided process also draws on elements of a body scan meditation to support relaxation and awareness.
