Welcome to Spiritually Fit Yoga! Today I lead you through a gentle yin yoga practice for all-levels. This yin class can be practiced any time day, whether you want to start your day, enjoy it before bed, or anytime in between.
Props you might want are:

- two blocks
- blanket or beach towel
This is a gentle slow practice holding poses for a few minutes each. Using props may make the poses accessible for your practice.
If you have any questions about any physical discomfort, please consult a doctor.What is possible from this practice?
