Healing can be messy. Most of the time, we don’t get a practice run to prepare us for the road to recovery. The beautiful thing is, when we can relate to each others trials, it gives us hope knowing we are not alone and healing is possible.


Human suffering can challenge the strongest of minds, causing us to make surprising choices and sometimes we end up finding ourselves in situations that we never saw coming.


Whether we are just trying to get to 5 o’clock, or learning how to live after a toxic relationship, it’s in these moments where we realize that in everything we do, we do with purpose.
