The ability to squat all the way down like a child is the best way to give yourself healthy and strong legs. Over the last 4 years I have gone from knee pain to pain free! I never imagined that I would be able to get my knees out of pain. The truth is that we have been created in the image of God so the bodies we have can heal themselves!
