 One of the biggest changes for the school year this year deals with technology that just about every kid has. Schools have to set up plans to make sure that no students have their phones on during any class time. But, each school district has to come up with its own plan to enforce the new policy. On Ask The Expert, we're joined by Dr. Sarah Flournoy at the Brackett & Ellis Law in Fort Worth. We asked her is this a normal situation, that the state issues a new law for schools, and individual school districts have to figure out how to put it into place?
