About this listen
Most of us know a thing or two about Attachment Theory, but in this episode I will really dig deep into it. I'm starting it off with how Attachment Theory was developed, the experiments involved, and how it's viewed in child/primary caregiver relationships. Then I will relate Attachment Theory in the context of adult romantic relationships, speak on the (oh so common) Anxious Avoidant trap, and then get to the TEA of my attachment style, how I developed it, and how it's affected my relationships. Ending with how we can possibly learn to form secure attachments in relationships.
