About this listen
We have known each other for just about 3 years now, and the amount of changes that have happened since there are just insane 🤯
Bailey started out hating her body (as so many women do) and trying anything and everything to change it and just get skinnier. 😞
She was trying to eat as little as possible and burn as many calories as possible which led to her always feeling hungry, never satisfied, tired, and just unhappy in her body and health. 😔
It all changed when she saw me doing a photoshoot for the classes I taught at my gym! She thought we all looked so badass and wanted to do what we were doing, so she joined my class. 🏋🏻♀️
Since then, Bailey has worked with me as a client in my group programs, and has made immense progress not just mentally and physically, but even in her own career. 🙌🏻
Bailey now runs her own personal training business (and is absolutely killing it 🔥), loves training heavy and feeling strong 💪🏻, eats food to fuel her body, never feels guilty about having pizza 🍕 and actually enjoys eating food!
And, she now loves and appreciates her body 🧡
