So, here we are in 2023. We’ve made it around our celestial block yet another time. I, myself, just took my 50th ride around the sun on this rock we call Earth.
So as the New Year hits, many of us make resolutions or in other words, a commitment to ourselves to achieve a personal goal or make a positive change in our lives or something like that. Did you make a new year’s resolution, either formally or in the back of your head?
Some common New Year's resolutions include things like losing weight, exercising more, quitting a bad habit, saving money, or getting organized. Some people make resolutions based on specific goals they want to achieve, while others may simply resolve to be more positive or make more time for self-care. Regardless of the specific resolution, the idea is to make a commitment to oneself to improve in some way and start the new year off on the right foot.
