What We Learned Touring and Travel Filmmaking

  • Summary

  • In today's episode, we discuss our top three takeaways from tour and travel filmmaking.

Let's set the scene. Hugh just got back from his first tour. Daniel just finished a big music video project he was out traveling for.

After returning from three weeks out on the road, Hugh gives insight into how he planned the tour, stayed sane while traveling with four people and gear in a honda civic, and how the team worked together to make their first tour a success.

Daniel just finished up a huge music video project he was working on in the western United States. He shares how he tackled filming out in the desert for a full band, stayed flexible while working on a tight time frame, and created a routine that helped him reset after 15-hour filming days.
