My podcast is a way for me to put out my thoughts and give my unsolicited advice. I do not have a specific topic or genre that I stick too. I will always try to give you good, solid content and be true to myself. So please listen, share and critique me so I can be better.Francisco Ferrer 2020 Football (American) Music

This week on Frank's Unsolicited Advice I am joined by my friend, business partner Maryanne Owen. As we discuss a post I put up two days ago discussing friends doing business with strangers instead of friends. Do not forget to share, like, comment and share with your friends.

  • Eliminate the option
    Jul 12 2023
I call this episode eliminate the option, because I feel a lot of us go into a situation with the option of quitting, or finding something better and this takes away from actually putting the work in. I give three different examples of what I saw as a kid of three different marriages who never gave up and survived the test of time. One even dealing with addiction and never giving up on their spouse. I feel like today too many times we are more willing to give up than fight. We go into a situation with the option of quitting that we do not bother to fight. I hope this helps anyone out there, like, share, subscribe and comment. Thank you.

  • Want vs. Need
    Jun 25 2023

This episode is a little all over the place, but the message is simple sometimes we do not hear what we want but what we need. I hope you like it.
