What happens when you lose weight, you will want more out of life because your confidence builds, you become a little more adventurous, and you start believing that you have worth and testing the waters as to what that might look like.

I’ve been through struggles, but making changes is all it takes. find your weaknesses, change them with positives, and learn to say no to things/events that won’t benefit your well-being.

You are amazing, you can improve, and there is no deadline to restart and choose more.
