Her clients include Siemens, Johnson and Johnson, Lighthouse Laboratories, Bristol University and the NHS.

    Katerina has a passion for supporting her clients build high performing teams and is here today to talk about effective team building events, having successfully designed and facilitated several for Ditton HR over the past few years.

    After an 18-year career in companies such as Samaritans, Revlon and Habitat, Claire decided to make the move to being an HR independent and founded Ditton HR 10 years ago.

    Ditton HR offers operational & strategic HR support to SMEs and assists larger organisations with HR projects.

    Claire also coaches HR professionals who are thinking about becoming independent or who are already on that road but need guidance and support on how to grow their businesses.
