Listen to your instincts; if a certain task gives you that 'ugh!' feeling, explore if there's a different approach, a better solution, or if you can simply stop doing it. Could you pass it on to someone who enjoys it and does it well? Or maybe outsource it to free up your time for activities that truly energize you?

    Let's kick it off right off the bat. Change is scary. I get that, and everyone does. Challenging the status quo is a very scary idea and requires a lot of effort, visible and invisible.

    On the other hand, living your life based on what other people have told you to do when it's not what makes you happy is also, scary. Sadly, this is very true in today's world and so many people are living this let's call it pretend "happiness reality".
