About this listen

In this solo episode, I vulnerably share my personal experience with someone I was planning a future with and how it ended in the ultimate betrayal. The truth is, my emotions, my physical body and my inner being knew he was deceitful - but I ignored it all because at that time, I lacked self worth and truly just wanted to be loved. What I learned is how to deeply love myself instead and how to recognize where I was fully abandoning myself.

Life is always meeting you where you are at. If you have wounds that are around betrayal, you will invite people into your life that will betray you, without conscious awareness. However, it is actually YOU betraying YOU. Yes, our partners in relationships are literally mirrors, to the parts of ourselfs we struggle to face. They are showing us where to do the inner work and where we need love, attention and feeling.

If you have seen the Tinder Swindler…. This is a crazy story about deception, heartbreak and betrayal in its ultimate form… OF THE SELF
