I had BIG TIME imposter syndrome recording this, but my hope is that the simple things that've helped me might help you. You CAN begin to take a bite out of the stress and anxiety elephant. We live in an anxious world. Our lives were supposed to get simpler and easier, right? When I saw how stress was physically effecting my body I knew I would need to get uncomfortable in other ways so I could have greater ease in my everyday.
If you feel like you're living in an ever-brooding anxiousness, may these 5 simple changes be a great start and new perspective!
- Identify Absolute Non-Negotiable Priorities for the day
- Arrest Unrealistic Expectations
- Arrest the words "Normal" and "Balance"
- Accept being a Reluctant Scheduler (Parts 1-3 help you learn how)
- Give Yourself Permission to Do Nothing
