Cho's first book, "Mooncakes and Mild Bread" won two James Beard Awards. Cho explores her own experiences as a first-generation American. Her recipes, drawn of the influence of her family, but with a twist of her own unique flair. It was this self-exploration that she says made her realize, she is enough.
