Viuda e Hijas de Roque Enroll fue una banda de mujeres que integró el lote de artistas que sacudió las estructuras del rock argentino a mediados de los '80 con una música alegre y divertida, a la par de Los Twist, Los Abuelos de la Nada y Soda Stereo, entre otros. Desde su disco debut, Claudia Ruffinatti, María Gabriela Epumer, Claudia Sinesi y Mavy Díaz no tardaron en erigir a las Viudas como una de las bandas con mayor cantidad de shows y hasta fueron convocadas para aparecer en una película en la que actuaban Ricardo Darín, Betiana Blum y Pepe Soriano.
