Visualization is an exercise that we can engage in to create a strong mental image of something, like a future event, to enhance motivation, confidence, and focus. We can use this technique to visualize achieving our goals.
It takes more than visualization, but this can be an important tool that I recommend highly. Give it a try, you can do it anywhere.
