    Welcome to the Vikings Postgame Report. The Minnesota Vikings dropped their final preseason game in 2025 to the Titans 23-13 down in Nashville. Both Max Brosmer and Brett Rypien played quarterback in the game, with Brosmer leading the team in passing yards, going 15-of-23 for 161 yards and the lone passing touchdown of the game to Tight End Bryson Nesbit. Wide Receiver Dontae Fleming led the team with 2 receptions for 53 yards. Running back Xazavian Valladay led the team on the ground with 8 carries for 39 yards. Kicker Will Reichard went 2-for-4 on field goals with his longest kick converting from 58 yards and he also converted his lone extra point attempt in the game. Defensively, Austin Keys, Jonathan Harris, and Levi Drake Rodriguez all notched a sack in the game, while linebacker Chaz Chambliss led the team with 9 tackles on the night.     Welcome back to the Vikings Postgame Report. The Minnesota Vikings dropped preseason game #2 to the Patriots 20-12 at U.S. Bank Stadium on Saturday afternoon. The Vikings offense set up four field goal attempts for Kicker Will Reichard, which he converted with ease. Sam Howell, Brett Rypien, and Max Brosmer all got reps at quarterback in the game, with Brosmer leading the team in total passing yards. Brosmer finished 15-of-27 for 156 yards and an INT. Running back Zavier Scott led the team in rushing for the second straight game, finishing with 28 yards on the ground. Wide Receiver Tim Jones led all receivers through the air with 5 receptions for 68 yards. Defensively, Austin Keys lead the team in tackles with 7 on the day. Paul Allen and Pete Bercich break down the game, including: the players who stood out on Saturday afternoon, the need for a sense of urgency in the preseason, and the potential drama surrounding the Vikings season opener on Monday Night Football in a few weeks.     Welcome to the Vikings Postgame Report. The Minnesota Vikings dropped their wild card weekend matchup against the Los Angeles Rams 27-9 down in Glendale, AZ. The Rams jumped out to a 10-0 lead in the 1st quarter and the Vikings were chasing the scoreboard all night. Sam Darnold was under duress throughout the game, taking 9 sacks in the contest. He ended with 245 passing yards, 1 passing touchdown, and threw an interception. The Vikings finished with 106 rushing yards, led by Aaron Jones with 48 yards of his own. T.J. Hockenson led the receiving group with 5 receptions for 64 yards and a receiving touchdown late in the 3rd quarter. Kicker Will Reichard converted his lone field goal attempt in the second quarter from 34 yards out. Defensively, Blake Cashman and Andrew Van Ginkel notched the two Vikings sacks on the night. Cashman also led the team with 11 total tackles. Paul Allen and Pete Bercich breakdown the season finale, including: the need for the coaches to breakdown what happened in the final losses, the roster questions surrounding the team in the offseason, and even though it was a hard way to finish the season the Vikings exceeded expectations.
