We're back in the world of experimental prog rock with Bass & FX legend Juan Alderete bringing the Vato Negro squad "Live In Japan". The live experience features a revolving cast of instrumentalists, often including drummer Deantoni Parks and other members of The Mars Volta group building off Juan's masterful grooves and inventive sound manipulation. Vato Negro's BUMPERS series, featuring Juan & drummer Matt Sherrod (Beck, Macy Gray, NOFX) is currently releasing monthly on all streaming platforms, with a "deluxe" expanded physical edition expected later in the year.
