About this listen
If you’ve ever felt like wellness was built for somebody else’s life, this podcast is for you.
I’m Tonya Rothe — yoga teacher, wellness guide, and neurodivergent human — and here we unmask the myths of wellness culture: the pressure to be consistent, the guilt around rest, the obsession with “leveling up,” and all the quick fixes that never really fit.
Instead of chasing someone else’s script, we’ll explore practices, stories, and histories that make room for real healing — at human speed. Sometimes that means a dharma talk. Sometimes it means a little history lesson. Sometimes it’s an insight or practice from my own teaching at Neurodivergent Yoga.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about finding rhythms, spaces, and ways of being that actually work for neurodivergent brains and bodies.
Subscribe and join me each week as we flip the script on what wellness can be — together.© 2025 null All Rights Reserved.
