Want to write a report? Start by opening the document. That's it. Want to exercise? Put on your workout shoes. Boom. These tiny actions create what I call "friction reduction" - you're essentially tricking your brain into starting.

Let me give you three additional power moves to supercharge this method:

First, create what I call a "commitment zone" - a dedicated space with zero distractions. No phone, no notifications. Just you and your micro-task.

Second, use the two-minute rule. If a task takes less than two minutes, do it immediately. No procrastination, no overthinking.
