About this listen

Why I became a Soft Skills Trainer: I have always been passionate about helping others grow personally and professionally. Early in my career, I noticed that while technical skills are important, it’s often the soft skills—like communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and adaptability—that truly set people apart. I realized that these skills not only contribute to individual success but also to the success of teams and organizations. This inspired me to pursue a path where I could empower others to build these essential skills and create lasting impacts on their careers and lives. How I became a Soft Skills Trainer: My journey began with a deep interest in personal development and understanding human behavior. I invested time in learning, attending workshops, and acquiring certifications in communication, leadership, and coaching. Gradually, I started sharing what I learned, conducting small sessions for colleagues and peers. The positive feedback and visible transformation in people’s confidence and effectiveness motivated me to formalize my career in this field. Over time, I gained experience working with diverse groups, designing training programs, and refining my skills. Today, I am proud to guide others in unlocking their potential and becoming the best versions of themselves.
