About this listen

“It’s The Tequila Talking,” and when Barcoa Agaveria partners David Tyda and Grant Gardner get to tasting, there is a lot to say. Join the festive conversation as Olivia Fierro chats with Tyda, founder of the original Arizona Taco Festival, and Gardner, who owned and operated Flagstaff’s El Capitan restaurant for 16 years before becoming Barcoa’s “head agave nerd.” From their passion for sharing their impressive tequila knowledge, to their candid takes on current celebrity tequilas, having a drink with these two is an experience not to be missed.
