About this listen

Hi, I'm Leah – and welcome to the Midlife Glow-up.

Now, full disclosure… my co-host, Eithan – who also happens to be my amazing husband – isn't with me today, he's away for work, which is actually very on-brand for us. Life’s busy, full of responsibilities that are pulling us in a hundred different directions, and sometimes you just have to roll with it…

But that’s kind of what this podcast is about. We are reclaiming "Midlife" from denoting a crisis and rewriting it as the glow up that it actually is. It’s the part of life where we stop running on autopilot and start asking, what do I actually want from this next chapter?

So this is part book club, part life experiment. Each month, we’ll pick a book on mindset, wellness or personal growth; we'll read it together, and then unpack what actually works in real life – with kids, work deadlines, never-ending laundry and big dreams still to chase. You’ll hear the wins, the fails and the “well… didn’t see that coming” moments.

We’ll talk about everything from work and money to parenting, relationships and self-care – and we’ll keep it honest, probably be a little bit messy and hopefully a lot of fun.

There’s so much that we want to chat about and unpack with you already on our first full episode of the midlife glow up.

So if you’re ready to rethink what’s next and create a midlife you actually love, grab a drink and some snacks, pull up a chair and come cozy on up with us each week…and let’s make this midlife glow up together.
