I'm your host and creator, Jess Morrison, a Minnesota Motivational Speaker + Podcaster about the breakthrough authenticity has in your life.  I changed careers 7 times looking for "my thing."  It wasn't until I got real about my strengths AND weaknesses, and raw about my past experiences + the clues they could provide me that I could realign with my purpose and find the significance + fulfillment I was searching for.  It all brought me to what I'm doing today!

The Authenticity Project Podcast was born when I realized there had to be others out there whose lives changed from stepping into their authentic selves.  So I made it my project to interview people off the beaten path of experts and gurus, and share their stories with the world to help others shift form surviving to thriving.
