Tom’s experience spans church planting, lead pastoral ministry, mentoring, coaching, and denominational leadership. He’s the author of ‘The Honest Guide to Church Planting’ and currently serves as executive director of church leadership and multiplication for the Fellowship of Evangelical Churches, where he trains and equips current pastors.
