About this listen
In this entry I am talking about how holding onto thoughts can keep us from moving forward in our goals. It can create a heaviness within us that impacts forward movement. Hoarding is an emotional an mental dis-ease that impacts many people. It normally signifies a place of stuckness within a person, many times associated with some from of grief, loss, or scarcity thinking. The intention of this entry is to show how physical hoarding and obsessive/overthinking have parallels.
Thank you for being here. I hope you receive what you were lead here for.
