Some shifts leave scars.
In this episode, I walk through one of the worst 24-hour shifts of my career — 16 calls, nonstop chaos, and moments I still carry.
It started with a cardiac arrest. I got urinated on, vomited on, and dug a 14-week-old fetus out of a toilet. At 3:00 AM, we worked a 19-year-old kid wrapped around a tree. We all knew how that one ended.
This one broke me a little.
But I’m still here. And if you’ve been through something like it — you’re not alone.
🎧 Lights, Sirens & Real Sht* is where we say the things nobody wants to admit about EMS.
This is one of those things.
