• 053 | Why You Keep Triggering Each Other (Even When You're Being "Nice") - Relationship Physics Series pt 2
    Nov 3 2025
What if I told you that your nervous system is constantly broadcasting like a radio station, and your partner's body is tuning into that frequency and responding to it before you even speak? In this episode, I'm diving deep into the invisible force that's shaping every interaction in your relationship - the law of energetic transmission. This is about how your cells and nervous system are listening and responding 24/7, picking up on energy that's happening beneath your conscious awareness. You'll hear my raw story about how my Gene Key 12 Shadow of Vanity almost sabotaged my relationship with Christian in the early days - how I was terrified of losing my independence and actually told him his grounding energy felt "too much" for my hypervigilant nervous system. I'm also sharing how understanding Christian's Gene Key 60 (Shadow of Limitation) completely shifted how I respond when he brings up obstacles, instead of making him the problem. If you've ever wondered why the same conversation can go completely sideways one day and beautifully the next, this episode reveals the energetic mechanics happening underneath that have nothing to do with your words. 🔥 What We're Covering: How your nervous system processes 11 million bits of information per second (while your brain only catches 5%)Why dysregulation creates more dysregulation and how to interrupt the cycleThe real reason you can feel someone's bad day before they tell youHow my Open Sacral responded to Christian's pure Generator energy (and why I almost pushed him away)Gene Key 12: Moving from the Shadow of Vanity to the Gift of DiscriminationGene Key 60: Understanding the Shadow of Limitation and Gift of Realism in relationshipsWhy triggers are actually sacred information your body is giving youHow to take responsibility for your energetic transmission without taking on your partner's emotions The truth is... Your body is constantly broadcasting and receiving energy that creates the emotional climate of your relationship. You can say the exact same words in two different conversations and get completely different responses based on your energetic state. Once you understand this invisible language, you stop wondering why conversations go sideways and start taking conscious responsibility for the frequency you're transmitting. • 052 | From Business Burnout to Conscious Creation: How Human Design Saved Lauren Farrow's Life & Business
    Oct 30 2025

What if the burnout you're experiencing isn't a sign that something's wrong with you, but proof that you're trying to force yourself into an energetic design that was never meant for you?!

In this episode, I'm sitting down with my new friend Lauren Farrow, an Emotional Projector who went from collapsing on the London Underground after grueling TV production days to building a thriving business that honors her energetic design.

You'll hear Lauren's raw story of how she discovered Human Design through her sister's gift on her 30th birthday, and the exact moment she realized she'd been labeling herself as "indecisive" and "non-committal" when she was actually just honoring her emotional authority.

Lauren also breaks down the massive 2027 shift we're all moving through - from the Cross of Planning to the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix - and why this explains the collective discomfort and uncertainty we're all feeling right now.

If you've been pushing yourself to be consistent in ways that drain you or questioning why you can't seem to commit like everyone else, this conversation will give you permission to define success on your own energetic terms.

    🔥 What We're Covering:
    • How Lauren went from TV production burnout to conscious creation entrepreneur using Human Design
    • Why Projectors burn out when they try to match Generator/Manifesting Generator energy
    • The difference between commitment and consistency (and why you get to define both)
    • How an undefined Heart Center and Spleen Center created constant need to prove herself
    • Working with emotional authority as a Self-Projected Projector in business and relationships
    • The 2027 collective shift from tribal planning to individualized expression
    • Gene Key 29: Moving from half-heartedness to true commitment and devotion
    • How to align your business strategy with your energetic design instead of copying others
    The truth is...

Most of us are trying to succeed using strategies designed for different energy types. When you understand your unique energetic blueprint, you stop forcing yourself into systems that deplete you and start creating from a place of sustainable alignment. Your "inconsistency" might actually be your intuitive wisdom guiding you away from what's not meant for you.

  • 051 | The Invisible Force That Makes or Breaks Love That You've Never Even Heard Of- Until Now!
    Oct 27 2025
Would you believe me if I told you that relationships actually operate by the same laws as physics? Like, there are invisible forces constantly at play that either create magnetic attraction or complete energetic flatness, and most of us are totally unconscious of what we're broadcasting and receiving. In this episode, I'm revealing the invisible mechanics that are either igniting passion or slowly draining the life out of your connection - and why you can feel so energetically mismatched even when you love each other deeply. This isn't about learning better communication techniques or trying to force love into one simple box. This is about understanding the three distinct energetic channels that are running in your relationship 24/7, and how to consciously work with these invisible forces instead of being unconscious victims of them. You'll hear about my 13-year relationship where we felt like complete roommates despite loving each other, and the specific moment I realized we were energetically mismatched on multiple levels - both stuck in the same frequency with zero polarity. I'm also sharing how understanding these three channels completely transformed my relationship with Christian, and why this invisible language your relationship is always speaking changes everything once you can see it. If you've been feeling disconnected but can't name exactly what's wrong, this episode will help you diagnose exactly which energetic channel needs your attention first. 🔥 What We're Covering: The Law of Energetic Dimensions - why your relationship operates on three completely different frequencies at onceThe three energetic channels (emotional, sexual, spiritual) and how they create connection or disconnectionMasculine and feminine energetic expressions within each channel (and why these aren't gender-specific)How to diagnose energetic mismatches instead of just saying "we need better communication"Why you can love someone deeply but feel zero sexual charge (and what to do about it)The specific signs that you're both embodying the same energy instead of creating polarityHow to consciously switch between energetic expressions to create magnetic attractionWhy spiritually aware women often feel like they're outgrowing their relationships (and the real solution) The truth is... Most relationship advice treats connection like it's one thing. But your body is constantly picking up on these invisible mechanics - emotional flow versus holding, sexual surrender versus claiming, spiritual devotion versus consciousness. When all three channels are dancing together in polarity, you create this incredible energetic current that feels like magic. When they're mismatched, you get that disconnect feeling even when you can't name why. Xx, KD 💞Grab your free 3-Channel Relationship Assessment! • 050 | The 3-Step Practice for Speaking Truth Without Attacking Your Partner or Abandoning Yourself
    Oct 23 2025

What if the hardest conversations in your relationship were actually the gateway to the deepest intimacy you've ever experienced?

In this episode, I'm getting real about the conversation I had with Christian a few months ago that could have destroyed our connection—but instead became one of our most beautiful moments of closeness.

This isn't about perfect communication scripts or avoiding conflict altogether. This is about what happens when you finally stop choosing between your truth and your relationship—and start choosing both.

You'll hear about the "sheets story" that triggered every wound I carried from my previous 13-year relationship, and how I learned to speak from my heart instead of from my hurt.

I'm also sharing the exact 3-step practice I used to keep my heart open while delivering a hard truth that needed to be said. The same practice my clients are using to transform their relationships from defensive battlegrounds into conscious partnerships.

If you've been walking on eggshells or exploding with months of built-up resentment, this episode will show you there's a third option that creates what you actually want: to be seen, heard, and felt.

    What We're Covering:

    • The nervous system check that prevents you from weaponizing your intelligence when you're triggered • How to take responsibility for your role without abandoning your needs or making yourself wrong • The values alignment practice that makes having hard conversations inevitable (in the best way) • Why cultivating safety within yourself is the key to your partner staying open during conflict • The somatic communication approach that leads with vulnerability instead of blame • The difference between speaking from your wound vs. speaking from your heart (and how to tell which one you're doing)

    The truth is...

You can't do this work in theory. You can't regulate your nervous system from your head. Your relationship is showing you exactly where you still have room to grow—and until you face that mirror with radical honesty, you'll keep creating the same patterns with different people.

    Ready to Go Deeper?

If you're ready to stop choosing between your truth and your relationship, I have a free guide that will support you in staying grounded while you speak what's really on your heart.

It's the Body Wisdom Guide. Inside, you get the body map showing where fear lives versus where knowing lives—so you can tell if you're speaking from love or from wound. You get the 60-second practice for checking in before you respond. And you learn the generational pattern that taught you to override yourself in the first place.

This is how you speak truth from your heart instead of from your hurt.

  • 049 | Why Needing to Win An Argument Destroys Your Relationship And What to Do Instead
    Oct 20 2025

Being right killed my first marriage.

Not the big stuff. Not infidelity or abuse or incompatibility. The slow death that came from me needing to win every argument, having receipts for every disagreement, using my understanding of psychology and nervous systems to prove I was the more conscious one.

I'd win the fight. He'd say "you're right, I'm sorry." And intimacy would die a little more each time because when someone always has to be wrong, they stop bringing you their truth.

In this episode, I'm breaking down the addiction to being right - why your nervous system treats disagreement as survival threat, the actual chemical reward you get from "winning," and what it costs you in connection. I'm also sharing the exact practice that helped me shift from destroying relationships with my need to be correct to choosing devotion to love instead.

If you've ever felt that desperate urgency to make someone understand your perspective RIGHT NOW, this episode will show you what's actually happening in your body - and how to choose differently.

    What We're Covering:

    • Why being right feels like literal survival to your nervous system
    • The dopamine hit that makes you addicted to winning arguments
    • What happens in your brain when you're activated (hint: empathy goes offline)
    • How dysregulation creates more dysregulation between partners
    • The signs you're activated and need to pause before you destroy connection
    • The exact phrases that shift conflict from combat to connection
    • What your partner actually needs from you (it's not perfect solutions or for you to be right)

The Truth: You cannot create connection from a disconnected state. When your prefrontal cortex goes offline and you're in fight mode, your only goal is defeating the perceived threat - which is your partner's different perspective. Your nervous system state determines how your words land, not the words themselves. Intimacy dies when someone always has to be wrong. The wedge gets deeper every time you prioritize being right over being connected.

  • 048 | You're Not Overreacting- You've Just Been Taught To Override Your Body's Wisdom
    Oct 16 2025

Here's a question nobody asked me when I was in the deepest crisis of my life: What do YOU want?

Instead, I got "just pray about it" and "God has a plan" and "marriage is hard." I was asking everyone - my mom, my friends, my therapist, even God - what I should do about my relationship. Meanwhile, my body was shutting down systems trying to get me to listen.

At 23, I woke up completely deaf in my right ear. The doctors said it was sudden sensorineural hearing loss. I knew exactly what it was: my body taking away the one sense I kept using to seek everyone else's permission instead of trusting what I already knew.

In this episode, I'm sharing that story and the pattern underneath it - how women are trained from childhood to question their own reactions, seek external validation, and override their body's wisdom. And why "Am I overreacting?" is the red flag that you're about to abandon yourself.

    What We're Covering:

    • How religious and cultural conditioning taught you to distrust your body's signals
    • Why "overreacting" is gaslighting language designed to make you question valid feelings
    • The setup that keeps you doubting yourself: feel something → express it → get told you're too sensitive → apologize for having needs
    • What your body is actually reading when someone calls you dramatic (hint: accurate information they don't want to acknowledge)
    • The exact reframe that stops the self-abandonment cycle
    • Why your body will eventually make the choice for you if you keep overriding it

The Truth: You weren't born needing everyone else's opinion before trusting your own. You were trained to seek external answers instead of internal knowing. Every time you ask "Am I overreacting?" you're prioritizing someone else's comfort over your own truth. Your body isn't hysterical - it's a highly sophisticated system reading people and environments with more accuracy than your conscious mind. The whispers will become screams. And if you ignore the screams, your body will shut something down to make you finally listen.

Learn to Trust Your Body: Download the free Body Wisdom Guide - get the map of where fear vs. knowing lives in your body, the 60-second check-in practice, and the questions to ask when you need clarity.

If I'd had this 12 years ago, I might still have my hearing. You don't have to wait for your body to shut something down.

  • 047 | Where Fear Lives vs. Where Knowing Lives in Your Body And How To Tell The Difference
    Oct 13 2025

You've been taught to distrust the one thing that's been trying to protect you all along: your body.

Every time that stomach drops, every time your chest gets tight, every time your shoulders creep up to your ears - you've probably labeled it as anxiety, overthinking, or "being too sensitive." But here's what nobody tells you: your body speaks two completely different languages, and confusing them is what keeps you stuck second-guessing everything.

In this episode, I'm breaking down the physical geography of fear versus knowing. Not the spiritual woo-woo version - the actual sensations in your actual body that you can learn to read like a map. Because once you know where each one lives and what it's asking you to do, you stop abandoning yourself every time something feels hard.

I'm sharing the moment in my marriage when I genuinely couldn't tell if I was losing my mind or if my body was screaming truth at me. Spoiler: it was truth. But I'd spent so long being told I was "too much" that I talked myself out of it for years.

    What We're Covering:

    • The specific body locations where fear shows up (and why it's so loud)
    • Where your intuition actually speaks from (hint: it's way quieter)
    • The one question that instantly tells you which one you're feeling
    • Why fear demands immediate action while knowing can wait
    • How to stop seeking external validation when your gut already knows
    • The difference between "I'm anxious" and "I'm receiving important information"

The Truth: Your body isn't broken. Your nervous system isn't overreacting. You've just been reading the signals wrong. Fear lives in your head and chest - frantic, spinning, desperate for relief. Knowing lives in your belly - calm, grounded, certain even when it's uncomfortable. One makes you want to act frantically. The other makes you want to pause deeply. Learn the difference and you'll never abandon yourself again.

  • 046 | How To Know When It's Time To Leave or Stay In Your Relationship (And My Biggest Fear About This)
    Oct 10 2025

What if the relationship that needs the most work isn't the one you're in - it's the one you have with yourself?

In this episode, I'm sharing my biggest fear about the work I do with women - that teaching you to trust yourself might lead you to leave your relationship prematurely, before you've done the real work. This isn't a "stay at all costs" message or a "leave and find better" story.

This is about what happens when you finally stop avoiding the uncomfortable truth of your role in the dynamic and start taking radical responsibility for how you show up.

You'll hear about my 13-year relationship, the year and a half between hitting rock bottom (miscarriage, going deaf, complete burnout) and finally leaving, and the brutal honesty that changed everything. I'm sharing what I wasn't doing - the ways I was managing, accommodating, and people-pleasing instead of actually communicating my truth.

I'm also revealing how I knew it was truly time to leave - and why doing the work first meant I could walk away with zero regrets and total clarity.

If you've been wondering whether you should stay or go, this episode will help you ask the right question first.

    What We're Covering:

    • What "doing the work" actually means (hint: it's not just reading books and going to therapy)
    • The three core components of real relationship work: internal safety, radical responsibility, and truth-telling
    • Why your relationship is your laboratory - and leaving too soon means repeating patterns
    • How to communicate from your truth instead of your wounds
    • Signs it's time to stay and do the work vs. signs it's time to leave
    • The question that changes everything: "Have I shown up fully, communicated my truth radically, and taken responsibility for my role?"
    • Why I can show up differently with Christian - not because he's "better," but because I transformed myself first

    The truth is...

You can't do this work in theory. You can't heal in a vacuum. Your relationship is showing you exactly where you still have room to grow - and until you face that mirror, you'll carry the same patterns into your next relationship.
