It says, "My son, despise not the chastening of the Lord; neither be weary of his correction:" We look at why people tend to despise His chastening and the danger that that puts them in. We also look at what happens when we become weary of His correction. We then look at how we should respond to His correction and chastisement so that we can act on it and use it to our advantage, allowing the Lord to help us to make our life better and more in alignment with the will of God.

We look at what this verse means for us, what the barns are in our life and what it means for them to be filled with plenty in a practical way. We also look at what the presses are in our life and why they burst forth with new wine in opposition to any wine.

In this episode of the Treasury of Solomon podcast we look at Proverbs 3:9. It says, "Honor the Lord with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase." We look at the difference honoring the Lord makes and what exactly we mean by our substance and our increase. We also look at the special significance that's attached to offering up our first-fruits and how we can all follow this command in our lives today.
