About this listen

Welcome to The Strong Mum Diaries…
The honest, unfiltered podcast for mums who are done with quick fixes and perfectionism and want to build a strong, toned body they’re truly proud of (and live happily ever after in).

I’m Hannah, a single mum and fitness coach and this is my personal diary where I share the ups, downs and everything in between on my journey to getting in the best shape of my life.

This is what it really looks like to build a strong and toned body as a mum. The good days, the bad days and the days you just eat the biscuits and try again tomorrow.

No filters. No fad diets. Just the raw, behind-the-scenes realities of juggling workouts, nutrition, mindset and mum life... Plus the client stories and lessons that keep me inspired.

Because I believe this is what more mums need to hear.

So if you want to know what it really takes to build your dream body as a mum, you’re in the right place.

  • BUILD SERIES 💪🏼: Why I'm Building Even Though I Feel BIG + BULKY
    Sep 2 2025

This is the first in a little mini series where I am going to share with you the season I am right now... and that is going through my first BUILD phase.

I want to talk about things that no one talks about. The messy parts where you have to get uncomfortable in order to get where you want to get too. And in my case this is intentionally eating more food & gaining weight.

So in this episode I am talking about WHY I am in this phase right now but more importantly WHY this needs to happen in order for me to create my dream toned and defined body. Even though it feels scary.

  • 'Lutealling', Training and I'm Eating Too Much 😳
    Aug 19 2025

Welcome to the inner workings of my brain 🤣

This week, I did an audit of my stats and realised I’ve been eating a bit more than usual… so now I’ve got a decision to make.

I also dive into navigating luteal phase mood swings + cravings and how I’m adapting my training now my daughter is home for the rest of summer. I share why I’m not disciplined in the bodybuilder sense, but I’m devoted a.k.a I show up every day for the woman I want to become. This was the thing that mattered to me when I first started my journey because transformation is about deciding who you want to be, not chasing hacks or perfection.

Plus, I got to train with a client this week and share the importance of form and why it matters more than you realise.

Grab your headphones and join me for a real, honest chat about life, training, and food in the messy middle.

  • The 3 Big Rocks 🪨 That Build YOU a Strong + Toned Body
    Aug 10 2025

In this episode, I’m talking about the 3 big “non-negotiables” I believe every woman needs if she wants to build a strong, toned body she actually feels good living in and proud to show off.

These aren’t quick fixes or random tips. These are the foundations I use with my clients (and myself) over and over again. And I share why focusing on these will save you years of frustration, what happens when you ignore them and how you can start putting them into action right now.

This is going to help you connect the dots so I hope you and enjoy... and I would love to hear whihc big rock you realise that you are missing.
