This week we dive into the cursed videotape phenomenon with "The Ring" remake by Gore Verbinski. Spike watched too many Ring movies and fried his brain, but it is all worth it to tell you about how this series evolves and changes over its various copies. We discuss the background to the film, and how it ended up being remade by Dreamworks. We also discuss the aftermath of "The Ring" being successful, and what movies came out of it. After analyzing the plot, we each pair "The Ring" with another movie for a pair of double bills!
