About this listen

The Real Stuff is a weekly podcast series hosted by Lucie Fink who has spent the past decade getting curious and creating engaging and educational content for an audience of millions. On this show, you won’t hear your favorite guests talk about things they typically share — rather, Lucie pulls them deep into some of the world’s most taboo topics, asking intensely personal questions about sex, money, and mental health, all in an effort to help you feel less alone as you navigate through the world. And the best part: we want to invite YOU onto the show. Apply to call in as an anonymous guest at luciefink.com/apply. Pop in your voyeuristic headphones, or call in and spill your secrets! • Listen Now: Good Enough with Natasha Leggero & Sabrina Jalees
    Nov 5 2025

Good Enough is a podcast for parents, by parents and comedians Natasha Leggero and Sabrina Jalees. There's a million ways to manifest a good kid and even more ways to raise a dud. Each week, our hosts explore the middle ground between old and new school parenting alongside a special guest (celebrities, comics and experts). They'll roast online parenting trends of the moment and mine their lives and the advice of experts for the actual, good tools. Most importantly, they'll vent on their struggles in attempting to stay tethered to a sense of self while enduring a journey designed to kidnap your identity.

  • This Audience Caller’s Dad Scheduled His “Death Day”
    Nov 4 2025

This week, I talk to “Josie,” an anonymous audience caller who shares one of the most difficult and thought-provoking stories we’ve ever had on The Real Stuff. Three years ago, Josie’s dad chose to end his life through MAID — Medical Assistance in Dying. It’s a legal medical procedure in Canada that allows people facing unbearable suffering to choose when and how they die.

But Josie’s story isn’t just about death, it’s about the messiness of love, family, and grief. Her relationship with her dad was complicated, filled with both disappointment and affection. When he decided to pursue MAID, Josie found herself navigating conflicting emotions: heartbreak, relief, guilt, and understanding.

We talk about what it’s like to know the exact day someone you love will die, the ethics and humanity of MAID, and how Josie is learning to carry compassion and peace for a parent who was never perfect, but was deeply human.

If you’ve ever experienced complicated grief or wondered how far autonomy should go at the end of life, this is a conversation you won’t forget.

An honest phone call with my talent manager (the truth about agents and managers)
    Oct 28 2025

In this episode of our sub-series “Don’t Hang Up,” I called my talent manager, Sam, for a raw and unfiltered conversation about what it’s really like to work together.

Sam and I have been working side by side for years, and on this call, we talk openly about everything from how the creator–manager relationship actually works to the differences between an agent and a manager, how to find good representation, and what makes a partnership successful.

I even ask her the questions I’ve never asked before — like how many other clients she manages, how she pitches me to brands, and what she really thinks it takes to build a sustainable creative career.

This episode is a behind-the-scenes look at the business side of content creation and the friendships that keep it all running.
