  • 1 Goal: What you want to accomplish this quarter (e.g., revenue, growth, results).
  • 3 Strategies: The major pillars that support the goal.
  • 3 Tactics per Strategy: Concrete actions that support each strategy.
  • 0 Excuses: You now have your roadmap — go execute it.
🧭 How It Works
  • Top Half (Quarterly): Set your one main business goal, define your 3 strategies, and list 3 tactical actions under each strategy. Make your goal SMART: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time-bound.
  • Bottom Half (Monthly): Choose 1 tactic from each strategy and turn those into your 3 business goals for the month.
  • Assign By Who and By When for each monthly goal to ensure clarity and delegation.
🗓️ Weekly Execution
  • Plan only one week at a time — life happens. If you overplan, you’ll abandon the whole thing.
  • Each week, choose the specific tasks needed to achieve your monthly goals.
  • Focus on momentum — completing even 30% of this plan is better than no plan at all.
🏃‍♂️ Don’t Forget Your Personal Goals
  • Set 3 personal process goals for the month (not outcome goals).
  • Examples: “Train 5x per week” instead of “Get in shape,” or “1 date night per week” instead of “Be a better spouse.”
  • Track weekly progress toward those personal goals just like you would in business.
