She is the only certified New Decision Therapy™ practitioner on the East Coast, specializing in healing parent-child relationships and releasing generational trauma bonds. With over four decades of experience in trauma healing, mindfulness, and holistic health practices, Kristina has dedicated her life to helping highly sensitive people, “black sheep,” and “people pleasers” break free from cycles of pain and reconnect with their soul’s mission.

Born in Cold War Berlin, Kristina’s personal story of growing up as a highly sensitive child in a non-sensitive family has shaped her passion for supporting others on their healing journeys. She is also a naturopathic and ayurvedic practitioner, yoga and meditation teacher, solo parenting mom, and founder of Soul Science LLC.
