About this listen

Crazy times out there, for sure. We start this week's journey down the Practical Path by talking about how we can be more mindful and (hopefully) aware of what's going on around us in these strange times, and how to be more peaceful and connected, with outselves and those who are important to us.

That leads to a deep dive and discussion of a very nice blog post on developing the personal trait of resiliancy. Super-important, especially for those of us getting a little more "up there" in years. Honestly, being resiliant is one of the keys to a longer, more happy life. The post was very insightful and entertaining, and led to a great discussion. For those who would like to see and read the original, there's the link: https://www.https://www.aconsciousrethink.com/49350/8-surprising-traits-of-people-who-become-more-resilient-with-age/

Hats off to the author, Jack Nollan. If you know him, tell him Bill and Vicki said hello, and we really appreciated your post!

Thanks again for joining us!
