You could say Jaime Zazove Herzberg was born into the car biz — quite literally. Raised in a family-owned dealership, she grew up immersed in every corner of retail operations. Over her 12-year run on the showroom side, she wore nearly every hat imaginable: from receptionist to BDC manager, from inventory to contracts, license & title, and everything in between.
Now with nearly a decade on the vendor side, Jaime brings a 360-degree view of automotive—from both variable and fixed ops. But regardless of the role, one thing has always guided her: the customer comes first. That principle was instilled in her early and has shaped every decision, strategy, and win across her career.
Jaime’s personal success stems from blending a relentless focus on customer needs with a strong command of metrics, KPIs, and operational efficiency. She’s known for turning feedback into fuel and crafting solutions that not only serve the customer—but elevate the entire dealership experience.
